Our Commitment

Christ-Centered Academy is committed to protecting the privacy of our users, especially children. We collect minimal data, never sell personal information, and operate with transparency before God and our users.

What We Collect

• Account information — name, email, role (parent/student), grade level when you register
• Learning progress — lessons completed, quiz scores, time spent (to track your child's education)
• Feedback submissions — category, description, email (optional), page URL
• AI tutor interactions — questions and responses (logged for parental review and safety)

What We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT sell your data to anyone, ever
• We do NOT use your data for advertising
• We do NOT share personal information with third parties (except as required by law)
• We do NOT track you across other websites

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Accounts for children under 13 require parental consent. Parents can review, modify, or delete their child's data at any time through the parent dashboard.

Data Security

Passwords are hashed using PBKDF2. Sessions use HttpOnly secure cookies. Data is stored on Cloudflare's encrypted infrastructure. We follow industry security best practices.

• Request a copy of your data

• Opt out of email communications
• Review your child's AI interaction logs

Open Source
